Mr. Vineet Nanda is a respected real estate veteran, business leader and mentor with nearly four decades of professional experience, including more than 25 years in senior leadership roles across India’s real estate sector. He has led sales, marketing and business strategy for prominent organisations including Omaxe, Central Park, M3M and Krisumi Corporation.

Throughout his career, he has helped build and scale landmark residential and commercial developments, shaping customer-focused strategies founded on trust, innovation and disciplined execution. Having stepped away from full-time corporate life, he now serves as Chairman of YHATAW, guiding the company’s leadership, long-term vision and sustainable growth with his extensive industry knowledge and experience.
